Refund policy

We want you to love your Magnitude Co tee or hoodie. If something isn’t right, tell us within 30 days of your order being delivered and we’ll sort it out.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Anything else
If you’re unhappy with your order for another reason, including fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work out the best fix with you. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

How refunds work
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few days to show the refund.
